Education

University of Washington — attended; I did not graduate. The fifteen years of building and running real operations below, and the systems work inside them, is what I actually trained on.

Why Anduril, specifically

Anduril's Orange County campus is where hardware, software and the field meet — and the jobs you are hiring for are the ones that decide whether a system works after it leaves the lab: deployment, integration, automation, AI operations and program delivery. I moved from Seattle to Orange County deliberately, and I have run operations in both markets — this is the one I chose to build in. That is where my career has been. At the dealerships I owned the outcome — the client, the schedule, the paperwork, the money — and for the last two years I have been on the other side of it, building the software: agents, pipelines, integrations and the monitoring that catches failures before a customer does.

I get systems into the real world, keep them running, and fix what breaks. And I already live ten minutes from Costa Mesa.

Inside the JLR systems — CRM, process, vehicle location

At Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach I do not just carry a client list. I am wired into the systems the store runs on, and everything a client hears from me comes out of them:

  • CRM follow-up. Every client relationship lives in eLead CRM — first contact, follow-up cadence, task queues, notes and outcomes. I work my own pipeline daily, so nothing goes cold and no follow-up is dropped.
  • Process and update management. I own the record as the deal moves: order and allocation updates, delivery scheduling, status changes, and the internal handoffs between sales, F&I, service and management. The system stays current because I keep it current.
  • Vehicle location. I track units through Dealergard / Stargard GPS and inventory status — where the car actually is, in transit, on the lot, or at the shop — so a client gets an answer, not a guess.
  • Client communications. All three feed the same thing: what I tell a client on a call, in a text, or in person is pulled from the live system record — accurate status, honest timing, no false expectations. That is how you keep a client after the sale.
  • Why it matters here. The same discipline is what I bring to a deployment: understand the system of record, keep it true, and communicate from it — to the customer, the field team and the program office.

What I bring

Deployment & field execution

Multi-site operations at VinFast (seven retail locations), regional KPI ownership, logistics and delivery scheduling, and consignment inventory for ultra-high-net-worth clients where a single error is visible.

Production AI systems

RoyceAI platform: conversational agents, RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, persistent memory and skill architecture, integrations to 20+ third-party services — built and operated, not prototyped.

Automation that survives

180+ scheduled automations across ~200 environments with self-healing watchdogs, dedupe, and a rule I do not break: every change is verified against the live system before I call it done.

Operations metrics

AutoNation: 200% growth in vehicle acquisitions, 50% inventory improvement, 4,000 leads a month closing at 8–9%.

Communicating across the seam

I brief engineers and executives on the same system in the same hour, in plain language — the skill that makes a deployment land instead of stall.

Operator mindset

Startup pace at VinFast, high-pressure retail, and my own company. I default to owning the problem, documenting it, and closing it out.

How I work

Straight talk

Certified. Google IT Support and Google Project Management. The credential I lean on is the platform running in production right now.

Local. Fifteen years in the business, including the Seattle market. Relocated to Orange County and settled in Irvine — ten minutes from the Costa Mesa campus, fifteen from the Irvine sites. I can be on site in person, quickly.

Eligibility. Several Anduril roles require U.S. person status or clearance eligibility. Tell me the requirement and I will confirm my status honestly and immediately — I would rather answer that question in the first email than in the fifth interview.
