I'm Royce Koh. For fifteen years I have run premium, luxury and exotic auto operations — franchised dealerships, consignment, and a regional EV launch — at Jaguar Land Rover, Ferrari, Maserati, BMW, Lexus, Toyota and VinFast. I have managed up to 15 retail locations and up to 100 salespeople, and I owned the numbers behind them: 200% growth in vehicle acquisitions, 50% inventory improvement, 4,000 internet leads a month closing at 8–9%.
I got tired of watching good operations run on software nobody would fix. So I built my own. RoyceAI Solutions is one person — me — designing and operating AI phone agents, websites and automation: 100+ scheduled automations across roughly 200 environments, 20+ third-party integrations, and watchdogs that repair the systems without being asked.
Both at once. I run the operation at JLR Newport Beach and I build the automation underneath it — AI that texts and emails customers, books appointments, and tracks used-car inventory through Velocity and Dealergard. The floor and the code, in the same job. That combination is the point of me.
